Tiny House Big on Quality Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Fredericksburg, Texas

Very nice Tiny House for sale. 8ft x 24ft on custom structural steel frame with (2) 7,000 lb. axels, breaks & 14 ply tires. Conventional house construction and plumbing with spray foam insulation, custom maple cabinets and granite counters. It has Anderson windows and an American Standard Mini-Split A/C & heat unit. The exterior walls are metal and T&G cedar & the interior walls are ship-lap ponderosa pine with white wash paint. This is a must see Tiny House that has been built to last. No expense spared! My son and I have poured our heart and soul into this build. We built it for his advanced welding senior year project. He has worked very hard to earn money for collage. He will be attending Utah State in the Fall.
