24' x 8'6" tiny house built on Iron Eagle tiny house trailer, 2 x6 floor joist with treated 1/2" plywood underneath and 3/4" plywood decking, 2x4 wall construction with tyvek underlayment and T-1-11 ruff sawn siding,2x6 rafters with 1/2"plywood and 0.60 fiberglass reinforced EPDM roofing. Windows and doors are double pane argon filled. Unfinished on the inside so you can design it the way you want or I have plans you can use to finish it. You can also add a loft in it and add another 120 square feet.
