The front has a full turret design, where the kitchen is located and above the kitchen is the master loft. The loft is accessed by a staircase that has built in storage and a closet as well as a custom made welded handrail for safety. The interior has bead-board walls and finish grade plywood wainscoting.
The bathroom is equipped with a flushing toilet, exhaust fan, special mix concrete floors (same product as the kitchen counter tops), built in storage cabinet, and a tiled shower stall (with glass door).
The ceilings are covered with faux tine ceiling tiles throughout the home with a ceiling fan in the living room.
Kitchen features a Farm Style large sink, storage cabinets, a microwave oven, refrigerator, Wolfgang Puck brand oven (baking, broiling, grilling) big enough to cook a turkey, an induction cooking plate that can be easily stored in the cabinet as well as special mix concrete countertops.
THOW has a roof rain catchment system. The roof is a Mansard styled roof that has a parapet top that is roughly 21' X 8' X 3-4" deep. A faucet is located outside by the front door and the drain pipe is concealed in the interior wall. The roof top water catchment will hold 300 gallons when the water faucet is closed. A brick hearth area is located in the corner of the Living Room in order to accommodate a wood burning device if desired.
