This tiny home travel trailer requires full hook-ups (water, sewer and power). The holding tanks were bypassed and capped to accommodate the bathroom in the rear of the trailer. The roof and walls are water-tight, the tires are in great shape and the frame is super solid. The majority of the flooring was pulled up and replaced, along with new flooring foam insulation. A brand new flexible waste line kit is included.
