We have a 2 bedroom Tiny Home that has full size utilities in the Bathroom/Kitchen. We started to build it for my sister, a single mom and her son, when the city told us it was too small to sit on our property. We have 588 square feet with the loft, this includes washer and dryer hook up, outside facet, a small porch and second loft for storage/pretties(not included in square footage).
We have it ready to hook up to water/sewer.
Large window in the living area, 2 windows in the master bedroom, a small window in the Kitchen space looking out above the sink, 1 extra-small window in the loft. There are also 2 windows in the front for extra lighting.
We have drywall for the walls, and white tin ceiling for a beautiful look inside, and easy to make it your own. We have an extra large air conditioner/heater built into the wall for easy heat and cool.
And a 9-light door in the front, and in the back.
The master bedroom can fit a full-queen size bed and has room for 2 night stands. A pantry under the Stairs. and a mount to have a larger TV put up on the wall, out of the way.
This is a beautiful tiny home, We can deliver it within a reasonable distance.
