We started to build a small home but because of a change in circumstances we have decided to sell it. It is brand new and never lived in because it's not finished. We have used professional builders for every phase. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a nice kitchen and living room layout with approximate 544 sq ft of living space. The dimensions are approximately 16' Wide x 34' long. The exterior has Hardy Board siding that's primed and ready for paint. Will be completed this week. The plumbing, electrical and Ac are all roughed in. It has a metal galvanized roof. We will be getting all work inspected next week. We have purchased all new appliances which include a stove/oven combo, Refrigerator and microwave. It has a 1.5 ton, 14 sear heat pump / Ac with a 10 year parts and 1 year labor guarantee. We have purchased a very nice Claw foot Bath tub/ shower combo. The house is plumbed and wired for an electric tankless water heater. It has very nice windows from Window World and a nice front door. It still needs kitchen cabinets and counter, Flooring and drywall. The white PVC pipe at the end of the house will be removed. They use that to test for leaks in the plumbing.
