This listing includes a running four-wheeler, for transportation to Spanish Lookout and back, and a small solar set-up sufficient for basics for living, teak and fruit trees. It is kept mowed and cared for, but each person is responsible for their own lot maintenance, of course. If you lease, I pay the HOA fee of $35.00 u.s. per month. If you purchase, you pay it. Also, there is a water company and the cost is based on your usage, but most find their monthly bill is somewhere between $10.00 -$25.00 That's pretty much it for expenses. Just your food, fuel, and whatever you would normally buy/do. We have a decent speed of internet, and pay around $50.00 U.S. per month. You can get a faster speed, but we haven't needed to. There is no electric bill, because it's all solar.
