It is kept mowed and cared for, but each person is responsible for their own lot maintenance, of course. If you lease, I pay the HOA fee of $35.00 u.s. per month. If you purchase, you pay it. Also, there is a water company and the cost is based on your usage, but most find their monthly bill is somewhere between $10.00 -$25.00 That's pretty much it for expenses. Just your food, fuel, and whatever you would normally buy/do. We have a decent speed of internet, and pay around $50.00 U.S. per month. You can get a faster speed, but we haven't needed to. There is no electric bill, because it's all solar.
