This tiny home has spacious square footage, and a lovely front porch perfect for a family. We purchased this tiny house in 2019 and it was a shell that was framed on the inside and used for hauling canoes for a canoe rental company. It was originally built by Skylark Industries in 1982 but after we purchased it from the previous owner, we have made many updates. Additions to this tiny home include a new door with punch code lock system (perfect for renting), new Anderson Windows, new electrical and lighting, spray foam insulation, and dry wall. All that’s left are the decorative details. You choose the layout, bathroom, etc! There is no plumbing currently. The initial idea was to purchase an incinerating toilet. It is 26x7 in size (182 square feet) and 8 feet in height with a sloped roof. It comes with the trailer which has 8,000 pound axels. We are located in southwestern Wisconsin and we do not deliver.
