My Tiny Home is 28 ft x 10' those 2 feet make all the difference in the world. I have a Furrion Propane 3 burners stove. There is a combo Washer & Dryer and its all vented out under the sink. The Kitchen has Butcher blocked counter top than is light tan, all the cabinet are white with black handle with soft close which give your room a geat feeling of openess. All walls are white all but the front door inside and out Chinese Red for good luck. The Main door has 5 glass winows which give you lots of light and privacy. Over the double sink in the kitchen you have 2 large window with custom window coveing that allow tons of light. This Tiny House has lots of light with out question. A pocket door closes the bathroom from the living and kitchen ares. The bathroom has a shower stall which is 36 ' and next to that there extra storage space. You have 2 window in bath only one open and of course there is a Fan in the bathroom, large sink with cabinet and LED light over sink The living room has a very large widow there is a custom window covering which is light in color. 10 steps to the loft and on that side of the house you have 2 window both that open. 3 closet under the staris, 2 drawers and large storage space next to the Fridge. Metal roof and gutter in the front over the door. Tankless water heater. ac/ heather min split , 10.1 cubic refrigerator. You can move it or stay in this location if you work in the SF the Ferry is very close.
