This house boat was professionally built from a steel pontoon barge in the summer of 2017. The houseboat is extremely well-built and is made of steel beams that provide the structure for the walls and the roof. An additional deck has also been welded on to the stern allowing for an additional lower deck area. The exterior is weatherproof - The deck and siding are made of fiberglass and the interior is made of shiplap and tongue and groove flooring. All finish work has been done by a master carpenter with significant boat experience. I currently use this vessel as part of my houseboat rental fleet and it commands $200 a night. It is wired for dockside 50 amp power.
