The main floor of the house has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed platform. The bathroom is roomy with a full bath tub and shower. The airy and bright loft is also large enough for any-size mattress or several twin beds. There is a closet with full size and separate washer and dryer units. The W/D units came new with the house. The house is heated and cooled via two Mitsubishi Electric Mini-splits that have been proven to dehumidify and cool down the house during the heat of the summer and keep up the warmth during some hard freezes. A wood-burning stove was professionally installed after the house was transported for an additional heat source and incredible ambiance. The house is built with ample storage all throughout the space to encourage any dreamers with a small family to give minimalism a try!
