If you’re good at resourcing cool materials, then this tiny home is for you. It’s already off to a great start. Finish it off how you want. Tiny home... Or an amazing space for writing or doing art. Or a great off-grid guest cabin. Or a farm employee bunkhouse. Or an investment. Double your money by trimming out with all the fancy touches and adding off-grid appliances. Or a cool fort with some safety features added. This tiny cabin was built on a late 1960’s Dodge dually. Lots of cedar throughout on walls and window trim. Bottom of walls in main are plywood. Main area has denim insulation and reclaimed cedar t and g. Flooring is reclaimed Amish hickory hand scraped. It has a loft. It has a custom Dutch door. 8’ x 12’ 14’ tall from ground to top of roof We lived in this for 1 1/2 years and it has been remodeled a couple of times. There is no wiring, but would be easy to install. Insulation has been taken out from underneath to be redone. Not a big deal if not planning on living in it during the winter. Ceiling is not insulated, but we found that it gets pretty hot, even in the winter with a wood stove or electric heat, and it was nice not to have it insulated. It can be set up for a wood stove. We did that the first winter, but decided it took up too much room and switched to electric. We curtained off a small area for a compost toilet, but took it out. We used a camp shower, but also took that out. If you would like the wood stove, we can throw that in for free. However, it is being listed for sale separately so it may not be available if it sells. We are ready to move on and let someone else enjoy the tiny home/cabin experience. $9,500 OBO. No reasonable offer will be refused. #tiny home#tiny house#office space#cabin#tiny cabin#guest house#shed#children’s fort
