This Cabin was built as a dwelling for future possibility of off-grid, minimalist living, guest house, weekend getaway, temporary, or long term with low cost of operation in mind.
It has components in it that make it functional such as a woodstove that uses a minimal amount of wood to heat it.
Toilet is a RV type that uses a 40 gallon tank as sewer. ( tested, never used)
Shower and sinks. (tested, unused)
Hot water on demand is a system that runs on water-heated by propane.
The Cabin has 2, 12 volt exhaust fans, one for the bathroom-hot water propane exhaust, and one for propane kitchen burners/ and woodstove.
It has 2 propane burners.
It has a small refrigerator.
It has a solar heat collector.
Has storage under steps.
Upstairs loft floor is unfinished plywood. Loft ceiling height is approx. 50".
Has a room A/C unit (never used)
Ceilings in main areas are approx. 7 feet height.
