THOW in Minnesota

Homemade THOW, 28 ft x 8 ft. The trailer has a Haul Master 12v electric A-frame trailer jack. I do have four hydraulic leveling jacks which have not been installed and were purchased from a private seller on FB marketplace. It has a bedroom, full-size kitchen, including refrigerator and vintage Roper stove, which is not propane ready. Under the kitchen sink is a 6.5 gallon hot water heater. It has a full-size bathroom, with a 32 x 32 shower and a 36 inch vanity with an OGO composting toilet, 40 gallon water tank and a washer and dryer. It has been wired for future solar panels. It is equipped with a Pioneer Inverter+ Diamante Pro mini split unit. The interior features white bead board paneling as well as Poplar accents, Poplar-encased windows and door and an accent wall made of Aspen and Poplar separating the bedroom from the rest of the living space. The floor is insulated with R-30 and the walls and ceiling are spray foam insulated. The bedroom includes a light/ceiling fan, the living room/kitchen has suspended lighting and the bathroom includes wall mounted lights over the vanity as well as a chandelier with a bathroom fan. The bathroom also includes an ENVI wall mounted heater. The kitchen has a full-size pantry and over 7 fr of counter space. The kitchen cabinets have five doors and two drawers. The kitchen sink is an under mount farm sink, which is encased within a custom-made cabinet. The weight is estimated to be 10,000 pounds and has a dual axle with new tires that are covered to protect from the sun. The tires have approximately 250 miles on them as this unit was moved from Wisconsin to Minnesota. There is also a spare tire, which is also protected from the sun. There are four single hung double pane windows and the bathroom has a double hung, double pane window. The front door is 32 inches wide and has a Lockly secure entry where you can utilize a code, fingerprint as well as a key and also has a storm door. This THOW is homemade and is not certified.
