This house is built on a custom fabricated closed square tube frame trailer with duel tandem drop axles, each one rated for 7k lbs, with heavy-duty trailer tires and electric brakes. We have spray foam open cell insulation that doesn't move or shift during transportation, and offers better sound proofing. Sleeping loft height is 45 inches so you can comfortably sit upright. We built this house ourselves and can answer any questions!
