When it was delivered it was NOT as promised or advertised. I soon discovered that while the design was unique, it was not well thought out for proper water drainage. The house sat for the previous year without maintenance to the caulk or paint and combined with the poor design, suffered water damage. I caulked and painted the entire outside to stop any further damage and buy time. I then ripped out the living room floor down to the trailer and replace the entire floor. I was able to solve the issues temporarily and lived in it for the next 7 months. I consulted with several contractors on how to rectify the situation permanently. What needs to happen is the house needs to be fir-ed out from the outside. It has the perfect “gap” already to throw up siding of your choice and insulate. (See photos.) The bathroom roof was not done properly and leaked in one spot. I did another temporary fix. The rest of the roof is in great shape. I need to move to help my dad and can no longer do this project. Thanks!
