Living a nomadic life, we have lived in various tiny homes (have owned 4). This Tiny Mansion tops the list and is NOAH certified. Living Room - features a built in sofa with custom upholstery, the sofa also has storage cabinets underneath, there is also a large storage closet. Kitchen - open concept style, two burner cooktop, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, ample storage shelves and well built cabinets. Bathroom - spacious bathroom has a vanity sink with storage cabinets, medicine cabinet, traditional flush toilet, and shower. In addition to everything listed above; the lower level also features a downstairs bedroom behind the kitchen!!! This is great for those not wanting to sleep in a loft each night! The room currently has a queen bed but has been set up with a toddler bed and crib at one point and with a futon and desk at another point. It is a great, versatile space that can be set up to accommodate you - whatever your needs and preferences may be….it would make a great art studio or yoga/workout room as well…the possibilities are endless. Master Loft - accessible via staircase, currently has queen bed, 58 inch TV, and oversized chair that can be converted into an XL twin bed. The master loft is large enough that it can (and has) had a crib in it. It can also fit two queen beds; it’s huge! Guest Loft: accessible via built in ladder, currently set up with a twin bed but was previously set up with two convertible sleeper chairs; this too is a very versatile space and makes a great reading nook or coffee corner. Well insulated, w/ mini split for heating and a/c; also has an electric fireplace. There is great natural sunlight; lots of windows line the home. The windows all have custom roller shades installed. The Tiny Mansion also has a combination washer and dryer that works great. It’s a cozy, beautiful, well built home that works for anyone at any stage of their lives.
