This 16' x 8' foot Tiny House was designed to be a little photography studio for me as well as a camping Tiny Home for us but we have changed our mind to renovate a small house instead and decided to let it go. It is currently 2 months old. Built by us (a contractor with 18 years of home building experience) OPEN concept. It is spray foam insulated by a professional with a metal roof and Smart Siding. It has real wood interiors and vinyl flooring. It has a cute loft that can fit a full/queen sized mattress. Electric is installed and has an RV plug as well as an adapter that can plug into any regular plug. It has a portable air conditioner unit as well that cools it quite well. We left the bottom bare but we can definitely work with you if you want to add a kitchen or bathroom to it. We can customize to your preferences if you want to do so or sell it as is if you want to do it yourself :)
Isn't it adorable? Some photos are of the finished house and some are of the work in progress. It would make a great home office, camping tiny home, studio for makeup or hairdressing, dog grooming, even a mobile clinic or massage/therapist mobile. Total square feet with the loft is about 180sq feet. Price is negotiable within reason. Please feel free to ask questions!
