The stove is a built in two-burner gas range and the sink is farm style. Bathroom: beautiful cedar shower with dual shower head, a standard flush toilet, and a vanity with plenty of cabinet space. Downstairs Room: can be used as a second living room and/or bedroom as it is furnished with a gorgeous sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. This room also has a TV and houses the solar package in a closet. In addition to the ample space provided on the main level, there are three sleeping lofts!!! Master Loft: queen bed, TV, electric fireplace, built in cabinets and drawers, and its own split unit! This is the ultimate luxury loft and there is even standing room for those of you over 6 ft tall! There is a walkway that leads from the master loft to a twin loft. Twin Loft: has a twin size bed and bookcase. The twin bed can be converted into an oversized chair; making this loft a great reading nook or coffee corner. Double Guest Loft: located above the living room and accessible via a sturdy ladder that can be stored when not in use. This loft also has a queen bed but can accommodate a king mattress. There are two split units for air conditioning and two wall mounted electric heaters. The home is very well built and well insulated, keeping it cool in the summer and warm in the winter; and keeping utility costs to a minimum. There is also an incredible solar package; the panels are on the roof and the rest of the system is tucked away behind beautiful cabinetry inside.
