The Alexander is located on a 3/4 of an acre lot within a tiny home community called Little River Escape. Little River Escape has many amenities on site including hiking, swimming, community pool house, pool, fire pit area, river walk, swim dock, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, fishing, and a brand new tiny gym. RV storage parking, dog park, and community garden will be coming soon.
The Alexander has a porch and great area for grilling/ fire pit on the lot.
