-Four large outside access compartments intended to support onboard rainwater collection and treatment system, solar system batteries, firewood, or could provide additional storage. Compartment gate hinges and spin clasp latches painted to match the storm door on the other side.
-Double insulated with interior foam insulation and exterior foam sheathing insulation with radiant barrier under the siding.
-Metal roof designed for rainwater collection with radiant barrier.
-Tongue and groove cedar siding with clear weather sealant.
-Custom storm door and double pane windows with drip edges on window trim.

-Bedroom loft designed to accommodate a California King mattress with surrounding built-in easy access storage compartments.
-Double staircases leading to bedroom loft so you can get out of bed without disturbing your partner.
