I am selling my custom-built tiny house. I poured my heart and soul into this house and had lived in it for less than a year. And as much as I absolutely don’t want to let her go, I’m beginning a new chapter of my life and I would like to find a good home for her.
Description:
The house is on wheels and is 34 feet long, 8 feet wide and 13.5 feet tall and was built on a new steel frame. The house has two lofts, a balcony off the main loft, a porch under the second loft, a kitchen and a nice sized bathroom & shower. Hot water is provided by a digital tankless water heater that is powered with propane. Additionally, the house is powered by AC (i.e. it’s wired for normal electrical devices) and power to house is controlled by a central fuse box.
The house will come with the following:
• Convection oven
• Washing machine
• Portable induction stove tops
• A full set of kitchen utensils, including dishes and skillets
• 9,100 BTU Air Conditioner
• Separate 8,000 BTU window A/C unit
The house is already furnished with a mattress in master loft, as well as a built-in couch downstairs. Note that the couch contains supports that can be pulled out to convert it into a bed for two.
