SIP constructed 28' THOW (Work In Progress) Premium

28' tiny house on wheels. It's about 90% completed, making a great DIY project for someone. It would also be great for modifications/remodeling, as there is no trim yet (only want one set of stairs? Tear one out! Want a skylight? Now is the time to add it!). The main structure is SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) that make the house airtight, so it's very efficient to heat and cool. Enercept in South Dakota helped us design and manufacture the panels. Much on the inside is recycled/reclaimed materials. Features: -Constructed of custom SIPs -Certified triple axel Kangaroo trailer, custom made for THOW -Metal roofing -Vinyl siding -206 sq ft on the main floor, total floor space just shy of 300 sq ft with the lofts (48 sq ft and 45.5 sq ft) -HouseWarmer direct vent propane wall furnace, model HWDV150BXP-1 -Eccotemp propane on-demand water heater, model i12-LP -Panasonic Spot Energy Recovery Ventilator, model FV-04VE1 -Full-size electric stove/oven -Double basin kitchen sink -Full bathroom with currently open closet for water heater -Flush toilet! -Outfitted for cold climates as well as warm -Entry room, closet framed in -2 lofts accessible by stairs; stairs and lofts are carpeted -Tons of storage -One stair block sized for washer/dryer combo (not included) -Laminate plank flooring -Apartment-size fridge available Utilities are run through the floor and into the ground. They aren’t tied into accessible plugs on the outside of the house, but that is easy to convert We did all electric ourselves, following code. That said, nothing has been inspected/certified in this house
