The home is built on a 24 foot trailer with 3 axels rated to 7000 pounds. It is road safe and ready. We had it moved from Oregon to Missoula, Montana where it currently is.
It has a metal roof, cedar siding and lots of natural light! It has nine windows and an amazing skylight that opens enough that you can climb out on to the roof (Secondary Fire escape). There is 100 gallon water tank built into the house with on demand propane hot water.
Propane heater which keeps the house nice and toasty in colder months, and ac window unit upstairs keeps it nice and cool in warmer months. Does have the option to have a wood stove if that is preferred, we loved having wood heat! Fully insulated with wool!
The interior has alder trim, shelves and stair treads. The counters are alder coated with a commercial grade bar top epoxy.
There is a bar with a 6 foot double push out window that creates a smooth seam to the outdoors. A fold down table in the living room with enough room to seat four.
Kitchen has a 9.2 cubic foot fridge and a 24 inch gas stove. Bath room has a small bath tub and is easy to shower in. Sunmar composting toilet and full size washing machine as well.
There is lots of storage, under the stair storage drawers, kitchen drawers, under the sink storage, under the bar storage as well as several shelves.
We are currently renting an amazing place for the house down by the Clark fork river. The owner of the land is very willing to have the house stay and rent the spot to new owners. It has an awesome deck and small fenced yard with views of the river and a easy bike ride into town. A huge plus as well is that there is a storage shed/garage available on site, which can be quite handy.
