Heavy duty trailer is 8’ x 20’. With two lofts (Main is 8'x8' other is 8'x6') there is @ 270 sq ft of usable space. Rough water supply plumbing is installed along with an on demand hot water unit. Hot water unit only requires a propane connection. 30 amp Electrical panel with camper connection has been installed with a dedicated circuit for installation of a mini-split Heat/AC unit. Bracing has been put in place for mounting the Mini-split. Coaxial cable installed for TV/Internet and ethernet connection to upper loft installed.
Outside is complete but needs repainted and Inside is almost ready for finishing touches. Deck folds up for travel.

I will continue to work on the tiny house as time and finances permit. Any additional work done from this point will increase the asking price.
