This 8X30 240+ loft if added, would be a great starter tiny home. We purchased it from someone and planned on completing what they had started but we’ve just not had the time. It currently has vinyl and wood siding. It has walls separating the kitchen/living room area from the walkthrough bathroom, which leads into the bedroom. I was going to Sheetrock or put up nice paneling as well as take out the bath tub and replace with a smaller shower. The plumbing seems to be in place as well as the electrical. There is currently not a breaker/panel box. It appears that someone started this project and then ran out of money, time or both. There is a tub, sink, and the beginnings of kitchen counter and bathroom counter. In the bathroom area there is fabulous old reclaimed wood left with the old paint still showing on one wall. It would look awesome to put up tin on the other walls around the toilet and shower area. It’s for sure a project but already has the basic structure there, so you’ll just be finishing it out. Our plan was to add a loft which would give more square footage. There is already a small storage loft in the front but isn’t large enough for sleeping. There is enough room in the bathroom to include a laundry area and water heater. We are not sure when it was actually built. We never had a title. It really needs a carpenter’s magic to fix the flaws and finish it correctly and it’ll be adorable!
