Comes with working 30 amp electricity, beautiful laminate wood pet friendly flooring, installed RV roof fan, compost toilet, insulated window covers and curtains, touch lights, fire extinguishers, solar shower in step area, like new sealy queen bed on loft, electric stove top, 5 gallon glass water jug for safe water consumption, sink and sink pump for gallon jug for easy kitchen plumbing, kitchen counter with cabinets already installed. 3 outlets located in all three sections of the bus for easy electrical use, newly painted in a beautiful teal and white rust proof paint, no damage on the outside of the bus, runs great and is already registered with a clean title (Bus has a little over 90,000 miles) diesel, automatic, 1990. The bus has R3 insulation and the flooring has a special insulation made for RVs that is waterproof and has a noise barrier technology so floors don't squeak and crack. The walls of the bus are made from a beautiful pinewood however only one wall is complete. Materials to finish the other side of the wall are already purchased and included in the price of the bus. You'll also receive extra flooring we had left over for your future use if needed. We finished the first wall in 2 days so it's a fairly small project. Insulation is completely finished. We just didn't have time to getting around to finishing the pinewood insulation. However it is perfectly livable without it. Also, the kitchen cabinet counter needs laminate paper installed. You can buy the laminate of your choice making the area more customizable for your needs. The wood to install the laminate paper is already installed to the cabinets. (Sink is installed and usable without laminate paper. Just a luxury we had yet to install.) No air conditioning or heating but we used a portable air conditioner and tiny portable heater and they both worked great. We will include the air conditioning window installation kit but not the air conditioner or heater.
