First, a few FAQ:
-This is NOT off-grid ready
-This house does not have any solar panels
-We are not able to do seller financing
We had our tiny house built for us and it is RV certified. We have been in it for a little over a year and love it! The only reason we're looking to sell it is to get a little bit of a bigger one for our suddenly growing family. This house has a washer/dryer combo, a 4 burner stove, a large sink, a flushing toilet, a staircase for one of the lofts, and two sleeping lofts. It is very well insulated and keeps us pretty warm. The heater is electric and works great. We have a propane water heater. The best part about this house,yh though, is the big windows. It really makes you feel like you're in a cabin house and feels much bigger than it is. We are trying to sell this as soon as possible because we had it almost sold and moved out of it and the buyer's financing fell through at the last minute. We are in Utah so you'll need to be able to come check it out in person.
