It is with a heavy heart that I must list my beloved tiny house!
Here are the details:
The dimensions are 29ft long inside by 8ft wide with a large sleeping and storage loft (13.5ft tall). There is a vintage propane stove/oven and propane hot water heater, sleeping loft with a king size mattress, futon that pulls out to be a guest bed, mini fridge, and wood stove that very efficiently heats the space. It has a compost toilet bucket system with sawdust and one bucket for poo, one for pee. I have lived with and experimented with many humanure systems, and when well managed, this system doesn't smell and is as simple and useful as it gets. This house is very user-friendly, but definitely for someone who can handle things like chopping wood for the winter, taking out the humanure buckets, and isn't too tall - beams underneath the loft are 5'10" with the space between them at 6'2". It comes with a reverse osmosis water filter under the sink and a drinking-safe hose. It only needs a normal outlet to hook up to - the whole thing runs on an extension cord and is built safely for that - and comes with 150' of extension cord.
I'd like to sell it for $80k but am open to good offers.
