This TH was built utilizing local materials which were professionally milled, acquired, bartered, or bought.
The home is graced with lots of natural woods (Digger pine, Coast Redwood, Monterey Cypress, and Incense Cedar) including natural edge siding over plywood and vapor/water barrier.
2x4" framing to save weight. Repurposed aluminum corrugated siding. Backed with waterproof materials. Steel roofing over rolled roofing over vapor/water barrier over plywood.
Trailer is a custom-built 3 axle toy/tractor hauler with a steel flatbed and pintle hitch, repurposed for this TH. It has a CA permanent Trailer tag.
Size: 20ft. x 10ft. with a lofted roof for the bedroom which is 10x10 ft. and has plenty of space for two or more plus closets.
Bathroom has Incense cedar wall, and large shower, sink and toilet. Instant water heater provides efficient and constant hot water when needed.
Kitchen has an upgraded work-station sink with a custom inset cutting board for extra counter space that matches the bar top. Bar is movable for visitors. Lots of cupboard space. Gas installed for gas oven/stove with range.
Living room is a nice nook for entertainment, office space, or another small bedroom.
Stairs are standard size and charming with lots of storage underneath.
