This special tiny house is built on a 3-axle 26'x8' Trailer Made Custom Trailer. It includes all the necessities and more! In the loft sits a king size bed surrounded by windows on all sides. Wake up to plenty of light streaming in through the thirteen Anderson windows that make this tiny home feel not so tiny. Underneath the loft is a second twin size sleeping area that easily converts to a couch or day bed. Fold down the convenient table for morning breakfast or a day at the home office. Across the living room sits the beautiful Dwarf 4k wood stove that provides plenty of heat on cold nights. When not at home or too busy to fire up the wood stove you can rely on a 30,000 BTU propane wall mounted heater. The kitchen features a four burner propane stove/range, full sink, and a mini-fridge that can run on AC, DC, or propane. Speaking of power, the home is powered from the Goal Zero solar system with battery that is made to be efficient, simple, and easy to use. If the sun isn't available at the moment, the home can be plugged into a standard RV setup with over 100 feet of RV power cable to reach the nearest plug. In the bathroom there is a Natures Head self contained composting toilet, a shower, a sink and plenty of shelves for all you need. Hot water comes from an on-demand propane water heater and water can either be stored in the indwelling 100 gallon water tank or you can hook the home up to a standard garden hose. The entire kitchen and bathroom is built on a platform to allow for tons of extra storage and for all plumbing to be internal to avoid any chance of frozen pipes (this house was built for very cold winters). The walls are insulated with ROCKWOOL insulation which is fire, rodent, insect, and water resistant and the trailer has eight inches of spray foam. If there wasn't already enough storage and shelving inside, the rear of the home has a massive storage shed built in and the front/tongue of the home holds the utility closet.
