This fully insulated, four seasonal, 2021 8x24 Tiny Home was just completed on 11/8/21. It was built on a trailer specially designed for a Tiny home by Tiny Home Builders. The trailer's under body has been rapped with aluminum for for moister and critter protection. It has a permanent ladder/stairs that leads up to a cozy 7.5x12 foot loft with three windows for natural lighting and ventilation. The 7.5 x6 foot bathroom consist of a 32x32 shower unit, a standard toilet, a 24 inch vanity, a medicine cabinet, a wall mounted hot water on-demand unit and has it's own space, which is wired and plumbed for a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen area has 10 cabinets for plenty of storage. It has it's own window above, the kitchen's large single bowl sink. For cooking, it has a two burner drop-in LP gas stove top and an additional space for a mid-size frig. The living area had three windows, a light and ceiling fan, a wall mounted direct vented 11,000 BTU LP Gas unit. There is decorative/storage shelving surrounding three sides of the living area, plus an additional alcove that extends out over the tongue of the trailer, which give you plenty of room for a sofa sleeper. All lighting is LED for this Tiny Home.
