Brand new never lived in steel frame tiny house 28ft Rocky Mountain tiny homes build.
It started as a kit ordered from Chattanooga Tiny Homes and it is a tiny house specific 21,000 lb trailer with CNC machined framing bolted to the trailer. Trailer has brakes and lights. Here is the link for the steal frame kits, this one is the lookout model. It was completed by professional builders at Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses in Durango.
I had it built so I could use it for remote work and then took another job. Never been slept in. I may just put it on land if I can’t sell it.
