External Construction:
This miniature but modern version of the classic ranch style cabin was built in 2015 and all exterior walls windows doors and ceilings were fabricated and assembled by an Amish Work Crew and was complete with a 12x6 covered front porch and solid all porch swing. Carport addition was not assembled professionally but personally to support the solar panels and other equipment that is associated with the solar panels to connect the electrical system that powers the whole house using only the suns light. The cabin has two separate loft bunks or bedroom areas on each end. of the home. Interior Construction/Design
The entire 12x24 interior of the cabin, with the exception of the following list of previously prepared installations, have been and will remain preserved exclusively for the buyers own personalization and finishing touches to be completed, once cabin has been purchased, for renovations at their full discretion to fit their individual design and/or detail for any home decor the new homeowners might choose to use.

kitchen cabinets, sink, ac, bathroom toilet, sink, shower stall and all materials to compete, plumbing, hardwood floors, insulation throughout home and gas lines ran with two hook up shut off valves as well as mass amount of materials.and supplies to complete entire home. Generator available as well for back up if buyer requests to include price will be adjusted or taken out in the cost of relocation.
