An electric ceiling fan keeps the loft nice and cool while sleeping. LG washer dryer combo makes doing laundry a breeze. The 24 in. deep, L shaped, memory foam couch can easily sleep 2 adults. 11 ft. long counter is great for entertaining or cooking large meals. 11 Ft butcher block counter top, 3 burner propane stove with vented hood, and medium sized refrigerator which easily holds enough food for a 3 person family. Ample amounts of closet space for a tiny home and the exterior shed along with storage space under the couch,can house any belonging you don't want stored with your cloths. There are also large amounts of storage space under the stairs. 11 x 8 master loft has room for a king size bed with about 4 feet of space below. On demand hot water heater means you never run out of hot water. Natures head composting toilet with vent professionally installed means there is no smell and very easy to empty. Double pained storm windows keep the house warm went you want and cool when you don't. We spent about a year in this house and it was everything we had dreamed it would be and so much more.
