Custom tiny home playhouse built in 2017. Could be used as a playhouse, “She Shed”, or tiny home. Has electricity, heat, and AC, but no plumbing. You pay for moving it. What it has: • Two stories (144 square feet downstairs, 144 square feet upstairs = 288 total square feet inside) • Dimensions are approximately 23’ W x 13’ D with 6-foot ceilings on top and bottom floors (comfortable for adults to walk in) • Spray foam insulation • Wired for electricity (has working lights downstairs, upstairs, and porch light; electrical outlets on bottom and top floors) • Two new built-in heat/AC units (one downstairs, one upstairs) each with its own remote control • Wood deck and yellow spiral tube slide • Ladder/staircase to access top floor • Locks on both doors • White storm windows with locks and screens • Galvanized metal roof with white gutters • Pink paint on exterior and interior with white trim, gingerbread trim on exterior • Gray vinyl flooring What it doesn’t have: • Needs a few trim-out items (white paint for trim areas, small piece of flooring, staircase and deck could be painted or left as raw wood • Does not have plumbing (so no water) • Front door and porch need another coat of paint • Second story door to deck probably needs replacing We are located just east of Commerce and north of Cumby.
