Has never been lived in or even hooked up to utilities. 399 sq ft 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with tiled stand up shower. Stainless electric range with smooth top, refrigerator and microwave come with it. 2 mini split ac/heat units, water heater, washer/drier hookups, plenty of cabinets, built in dresser, king size bed will fit in bedroom, metal roof. Does have loft space in addition to the bedroom. I will not finance. You must find your own finance or cash
