I started this project a couple of years ago but my life's changed directions—this is the perfect finishing/make it your own project! The electric works, new tires on the trailer itself so it's ready to roll! Solid roof, no leaks—it's been in Chicago and is now located near Kalamazoo, MI. Keeps warm/insulated and solid pine walls have been installed—solid subfloor that's ready to be installed with whatever floor you want. Can be used as whatever you'd like: office, living—make it your very own tiny home! Under 3500 and tows easily—includes stairs and adapter to plug in to regular extension chords. Screened in porch is so great for keeping bug out of main space and bragging a lil fold-out chair to take in a storm!
Ask any questions—Trying to sell so open to offers!
*Additional Details on Measurements: So the house itself is 7.5' wide by 16' long + total length of 19' with the trailer tongue adding 3' with just the outer hitch component. The ceiling is at a very slight slant--so in the middle portion/tallest point inside it's 90"/7.5' tall and at the edges 87" so very slight incline on the roof to ensure water/snow slides off. The internal dimensions are 7' across with a maximum length 14'3" or 170"
