I have a partially completed tiny house for sale. I need it sold within 2 weeks, so the best offer gets it. The exterior is mostly complete with only a few feet of the top of the house needing siding. The siding is still being sold at home depot.

-inside is largely incomplete, loft has been built and electrical is nearly complete
-has a non mounted 18 hp Briggs and Stratton engine and a 10kw generator head. Needs to be mounted.
-6 inch insulated flooring
-has 4 windows installed, xenon filled and double paned casement windows. 1 uninstalled. Were bought new
-transfer switch for switching between shore power and generator
-roof needs to be redone, material that we chose to use dis not hold up to wind, but roof does not nor ever has leaked
-trailer is a 20x8 foot trailer and total height of house is 13.5 feet. Load rated for 10k lbs. Total weight is currently 6k lbs
-surburbian 30000btu propane heater installed
-window ac unit installed
-unlike the picture, siding does not bend off of the house like pictured, this has been corrected. I do not have more pictures currently because I can not get out to house currently but can go take more for serious buyers
