Nice large cabin on wheels - northern Indiana Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Marion, Indiana

Hand built Tiny House on wheels. My wife and I built this in 2018 so that we could live in it while we were waiting on the right house to buy. We lived in it for just over a year before purchasing property with a house. Honestly it is much nicer than our current house… but we own horses and that takes up a lot of storage space! We had a blast living in it. · 34 ft long by 8.5 ft wide x 13ft 3 in tall. o Approximately 400 square feet of living space including the upper loft. · Runs on 110V power with an RV outlet. · All lights and outlets also run on 110V power. o Light fixtures are what you would see in a normal house. · Has a hook up for solar panels if you want to convert it to off grid (it was when we used it). · Runs on city water pressure or a hose. · The heater, water heater, stove, refrigerator, and dryer all run using propane. o All appliances come with the house. · High quality handmade hickory counter tops in the kitchen. · The front storage box can hold several 30-50 lbs propane tanks. An RV hook up allows two tanks to be used at a time. It will automatically switch to using the full one when the other is empty. · Real cedar siding. · Steel roof. · The walls were constructed with steel studs and the ceiling was constructed with 2x6 lumber. · The walls are insulated with closed cell spray foam (the good stuff). · The walls are bolted directly to the trailer. The trailer has 2x6 steel crossmembers that act as joists. · The House weighs 14,500 lbs and the tongue weight is around 1,700 lbs. · The shower is 4 ft x 3 ft. · A composting toilet is in the bathroom (does not smell). The toilet has an exhaust fan and dries out the waste making good dry compost. The toilet “bowl” rotates each time someone sits down for even filling. o No black water tank is needed! o Grey water drainage comes from a stand
