My wife and I are selling our tiny house to travel the world! We built the 28' by 8'6'' house a couple months ago, thinking we would be ready to settle down. Turns out we aren't! Since we are hoping to travel again soon, it comes with basically everything inside as well. And it's on wheels to come to wherever you are located! Here are some details:
-propane stove/water heater (we have a 40 lb propane tank and use about $20 every 2-3 months)
-medium sized fridge (brand new)
-live-edge counter top built by myself and my buddy
-large (brand new) bath tub with antique style faucet
-loft above bathroom
-comes with queen mattress and box spring bought new
-currently we use a homemade compost toilet but I will personally install any toilet style new owner would like
-water/electric both need to be attached to a source but pipes/wires already set up (we currently use an extension cord to our neighbors and a hose from a well)
-giant windows for pretty views
-air conditioning unit
-we currently use a space heater and it works amazing
-sliding bathroom door (barn style)
-bathroom sink/mirror
-would be a great investment if you have land and want to rent a beautiful space out
The arrangement inside can be changed easily, as it's an open layout (wife's choice). We currently have our bed in the "living area" and the loft as a hang out spot but that could easily be changed. As of now, there could easily be a living room couch/tv even with the bed where it is currently. We chose to have it spacious and bar stool style.
The outside color is currently dark brown but I work in construction and can paint it any color new owner wanted.
Basically it's a brand new modern/industrial tiny home that needs a new owner! We'd love to have people come see it in person, but here are some pictures! Wife designed it, I built it :)
