Construction details: Built on a 12k lb rated trailer specifically for Tiny Houses. Built in Ballground, GA by professional freelance builder.
Condition: Brand new, never lived in. Currently used as a “storage closet” maintained by my parents, parked uninhabited in Cherokee County GA.
Total Square footage: I'm not certain of the loft square footage, my best guess is anywhere between 235-250 square feet for the entire house.
Reason for Selling: I got married and moved out of the country before I could set it up and live in it myself.
