The tiny house also includes a new full mattress (never been opened), a plug-in double stove top burner, and other kitchen accessories.
The tiny house requires a 50amp electrical service. All waste water drains are stubbed out under the tiny house for traveling convenience. Drainage connection will need to be made once parked. Fresh water is to be connected by a standard RV inlet water connection on the back of the home.
