Fully off-grid. Everything runs on Solar Power, including the mini split 12k BTU. The AC can keep you cool during hot summer days and warm throughout the winter. The walls are very well insulated (mineral wool R-15 + reflectix) and double pane windows are throughout the house. The faucets are all hooked to a tankless water heater for instant hot water and showers. The toilet is an incinerating toilet meaning everything turns to ashes when you “flush”. It's great not having to deal with a septic tank and/or black water. Very eco-friendly.
Stainless steel appliances (Fridge and freezer, stove, farm house kitchen sink and faucets). Custom “live edge Maple wood and epoxy river” bathroom vanity with real Calacatta Marble sink. T-fal cookware, and stoneware dinnerware set with matching black silverware. Memory foam mattress. Lift top coffee table becomes dining table or working station. All cabinets and drawers are soft close.
The loft/bedroom has panoramic views right from bed, including a skylight right above to stargaze from bed before winding down for the day. All windows, including the skylight have blinds.
All lights are on dimmers (except the bathroom). Hidden built-in LED lights in the ceiling cove and under cabinets can be set to any color/mood. There’s a bunch of usb outlets for easy and convenient charging.
I'm selling it because I moved to Florida for work, unfortunately don't have room for it at my new place and don't see myself using it as much as I would like to.
