New manufactured Tiny House on Wheels (THOW) ready to hook up and drive off in to your dream Holiday. The house was built in 2017 with 2x4 and 2x6 construction and is fully insulated with fiberglass roll insulation throughout. It has both 30 amp AC and 12 v DC power supplies with AC powered; fireplace, hot water heater, microwave, refrigerator, (2) induction cooktops and DC powered fresh and gray water pumps. The DC power supply is an inverter which is also setup as a battery charger to accommodate the off-grid lifestyle if desired. The kitchen area features a custom black walnut, cherry and 110 year old pine wood butcher block countertop and table with two live edge ash stools. There is a high end Serta convertible futon with USB connections as well as a loft area that were designed to be used for sleeping quarters. For the creature comforts, the cedar lined bathroom features a stand up shower with Delta fixtures and a self contained cartridge toilet. With the insulation, windows, fireplace and large ceiling fan, warm summer and cool winter days are all comfortable.
