We built this tiny house with the intent to live in it but due to unfortunate circumstances we are looking to sell it. The house is nearly ready to move in - all cosmetic work is finished . The house is brand new and has never been lived in - applicanes include fridge, stove, and oven. There is a closet in the hallway which can fit a washer/dryer but currently it would just be storage. The loft size is 76" x 109", with a 20" ceiling on the low end, and 28" on the higher end - can be either a small bedroom or just used as storage. There is a big 6ft accordion window in the kitchen. Countertop are 'LG Solution" a faux-granite. The house features Tounge and Groove Pine siding and ceiling throughout the home, there is a laminate flooring.
The house needs plumbing to be finished - the vanity and toilet in the bathroom are not set. There is currently no hot water heater, there is also no shower door/curtain system. There are also no light fixtures, but everything is set to install lights. Price does not include shipping.
