For sale is a newly constructed 24' long X 8' wide Tiny House on Wheels, 100% finished exterior with framed interior.
This house was build less then a year ago using all new materials (No repurposed materials), it has a stick built frame overtop an R12 insulated subfloor that is bolted directly to the trailer frame, with a Sheetmetal barrier protecting the subfloor from any road debris or water. The frame was sheathed along the length of the house with AdvanTech ZipSystem board that offers an R12 insulation value, with 1/2" plywood covered with Tyvek vapor barrier on the ends. The roof was sheathed with 1/2" plywood as well and then covered in a moisture barrier, being protected by a traditional style corrugated metal roof. The walls were then sided in a traditional farmhouse style with dark red vinyl siding and white PVC board trim. The windows and door are brand new and in excellent working condition. The entire house was built with road tow limits in mind and was designed to maximize those sizes, being 8' at its widest point, and 13' 5" at the peak.
The House offers 23' 4" X 7' of main floor space, with a temporary wall in place to represent where the bathroom would separate from the kitchen/rest of the house. The sleeping loft is 9' long X 7' wide, allowing a queen size bed to fit nicely, with room to move on either side. A 3' long X 7' wide secondary loft offers plenty of overhead storage above the entry as well, and a 14" deep shed has also been affixed to the front of the house being framed into the main house structure to provide ample strength. Weather sealed and insulation ready makes this shed perfect for a wide range of uses.
