This home was built by students and instructor at the Phelps Area Technology Center, as part of a "Build it Forward" initiative through grant funding by KVEC (Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative). Our schools have built 18 tiny houses in the past 4 years. This is a self sustaining grant, and proceeds from this sale will be put back into the school for building another tiny house next year. All work was supervised by licensed instructors.
