This home was built by students and instructors at the Lee County Area Technology Center, as part of a "Build it Forward" initiative through grant funding by KVEC (Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative). Our schools have built 17 tiny houses in the past 3 years. This is a self sustaining grant, and proceeds from this sale will be put back into the school for building another tiny house next year. All work was supervised by licensed instructors.
We started with a Dual Axle, 8 lug, brakes on both axles, 14,000 LB trailer (8.5' x 24')and built an 8.5' wide x 24' long x 13'-5" Tall Tiny House.
