This Martin Co. ATC (Area Technology Center) Tiny House is new, just completed, and has not been lived in. This home was built by high school vocational students with grant money from KVEC (Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative). This is a self sustaining grant, and proceeds from the sale of this home will be put back into the program for next year's build. All work was done under the supervision of licensed instructors. We have built and sold 23 homes in the last 6 years. The walls, ceiling, and floor of this tiny house are built with "litepan" from Boxvana. Litepan is a very efficient, lightweight, and strong material. The litepan is insulated rated at R20, and it is therefore the most efficient home we have sold in all our 6 years of building.
